Welcome to My Language Playground! By enrolling your child in our language bootcamp program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
My Language Playground offers an 8-week virtual language bootcamp for children ages 4–10. Classes are live, online, and held twice per week for 45 minutes each. Children are grouped by age and language selection to ensure an engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experience.
2. Enrollment and Payment
- Program tuition is $99.99 per child and must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- The fee includes 16 live sessions over 8 weeks.
- Payment is non-refundable except under the circumstances outlined in our Cancellation Policy below.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of registration, provided the program has not yet begun.
- A 50% refund is available if canceled at least 7 days prior to the program start date.
- No refunds will be given once the program has started.
- If a session is canceled by My Language Playground, we will offer a make-up class or provide a session recording.
4. Class Access & Technology Requirements
- Classes are hosted on Google Meet. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to a webcam and microphone.
- All learning materials and meeting links will be shared digitally prior to the start of the program.
5. Attendance and Class Recordings
- Regular attendance ensures the best experience for your child.
- If your child misses a session, a recording may be requested but is not guaranteed.
- Recordings are for private use only and may not be shared or distributed.
6. Code of Conduct
- A respectful and safe learning environment is always expected.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in temporary or permanent removal from the program without refund.
- Instructors reserve the right to mute or remove a student from the session if necessary for the safety and integrity of the class.
7. Privacy, Safety & Promotional Use
- All instructors are background-checked and trained in child-friendly online instruction.
- Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, internal review, and promotional purposes.
- From time to time, My Language Playground may use screenshots, short video clips, or quotes from class sessions for marketing and promotional use, including on our website, social media, and other public platforms.
- By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and agree to the possible inclusion of your child’s image, voice, or participation in such materials.
- If you do not wish for your child to appear in any promotional content, please email us at mylanguageplayground@gmail.com before the program begins, and we will ensure your child is excluded from all promotional materials.
- Personal data will always be protected and never sold or shared with third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
- All materials and content provided during the program are the property of My Language Playground and are intended solely for enrolled students.
- Reproduction, sharing, or public distribution of course content is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to the Program
My Language Playground reserves the right to adjust class times, instructors, or format in order to provide the best experience. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
